I saw a study that warmed SST temps by 1-2C. It didn't change the snowfall too much...but sharpened up things like coastal fronts.

We have a hydrangea tree that attracts every bee/hornet/wasp species alive. I walk by it all the time and even brush by it since it's spreading onto our walkway. Never had an issue. Just minding my own business.

Cool, thanks. Just wasn't sure of the terminology. When I first heard that term, I thought it was some sort of geothermal thing.

Why are they called heat pumps if they are just mini splits? Also, I feel like I'd have piping running all over the side of my house. At least for me...I don't know how well situated I am to avoid that eye sore. I was thinking about an insert to my fireplace. I know it might be 5K for the unit and installation...but I have no problem with getting wood.

Models kind of all over today. 3K NAM north, but some mesos are much more widespread. FWIW IBM GRAF which has done well recently nails almost all of SNE. I also wonder what those close just west of the Berks will do.
