  1. I've always suspected their amounts, and it was confirmed by others who skied too. I'm aware of mesoscale nuances, but they aren't all that far from you either. Maybe you can argue they may do better on NW flow upslope, but I think you could make a case for those W-WSW lake streamers plowing into Mansfield as being better for you too. If you add it up, the stark differences between Stowe and Jay don't make sense to me.
  2. I'll start it. Jay Peak always sticks out. Tossed. I know where they are..the Jay cloud and all that..but time and time again...it just doesn't pass the smell test. Kudos to Stowe who do things right.
  3. Classic WF EML morning SVR preview to late day SVR.
  4. We were talking about that a week ago. I remember it. Two days later another high end severe event occurred too.
  5. This weekend into next week is tricky as jerry alluded to. Could be a crummy stretch. Not really sure what to make of it yet.
  6. Yep, driven through there at night. It's real and it's spectacular.
  7. Yep. But even the local coop guy here is only a hair AN. I’d say overall been near to BN here. Mostly driven by nights.
  8. Boston is warm because of the lack of rad cooling. PVD was like -1.7 when I checked.
  9. A nice BN month for in and up. Hopefully we can fix the systematic biases of the KFS.
  10. I installed because of the oak dong pollen killing me two weeks ago, but temp wise there has been no need.
  11. I love how in January our lows were about 5-10 less then they are now.
  12. Interesting smell of wildfire smoke. Reminded me of being out west in CA during the summer. It's cleared up a bit now.
  13. Surprising amount, modeled along and behind the front.
  14. Same at home. Not strong yet, but definitely in the air.
  15. Anyways stein is here. Maybe a few storms later Friday? Otherwise we water. 90-93 Thursday and Friday?
