Yes. Outside convection there is little turbulence. Makes sense because you’d expect low shear there. There could be transverse banding causing issues, but what you see there is not uncommon.

At least with 32F there isn’t a debate of frost or no frost. You can have frost or a moisture free surface at 36F.

Helene put everything over the edge, is what I mean. I'm just stating that the 1-2 punch of the PRE and Helene is what really made this historic. Obviously people will associate it with Helene.
