  1. I know we are going O/T, but it may be awhile before things settle down.
  2. You should see what a few hundred feet does here. There is a huge difference at 32.0F and like 33.5F. Which can happen in borderline events with a difference of 200-300'. Meanwhile, I may eventually move further south in Plymouth County. May shave off a few inches a year, but at least Phil comes to visit now and then.
  3. Kevin will be at like 750’. It’s going to kill him. You could see him driving up to his old house in borderline events, parking in the driveway of the new owners of the house, and just staying in his truck drinking an IPA. Not wanting to go back down below 800’ where it’s white rain.
  4. Well he said he didn't expect a surge in the Fall. What issue do you have with that? Whether he is right or wrong on that, is another debate.
  5. The guy has led our country through some of the most challenging health issues we've ever faced for many many years. You can disagree with him, but he's not a fraud.
  6. I mean, is that outlandish though? Lots will be vaccinated by then. Also, define "surge." They'll be increases, but if he's comparing it to the last two seasons...it makes sense.
  7. Right, I agree. But with this a novel virus...my instinct is naturally there to always keep them safe.
  8. I'm not. If at worst I get a mild case down the road, so be it. My only concern is for my kids. I know kids generally react more in a benign way from it, but as a parent...you genuinely care. However......given what I mentioned about kids, me vaccinated, and the low amounts of cases...I'd feel pretty good overall.
  9. As long as we get some periodic rain, I could care less.
  10. It does look to turn considerably warmer after this weekend. Good for Ineedsnow. Will be IneedAC soon. Bring the warmth and dews.
  11. There was bright banding too
  12. You can draw a slanted line to the ESE and include Moosup too.
  13. Everything slanted in Tolland.
  14. So that should fall soon as more get vaccinated. It's probably the brief spike some states saw before things started to go down.
  15. Maine cases are falling even after relaxing the mandates. Is going from 25 ppl in ICU to 55 ppl in ICU that concerning? Doesn't seem like a statistical significance when considering the entire population. MA is declining nicely.
  16. Mid May. Best time to go. I'm down the Cape anyways so not bad. I can't camp in the summer. No thanks.
  17. Stein setting up it looks like for next 10 days. Maybe aftn shwrs inland this weekend.
  18. Looks like .4” or so here eyeballing. Stein.
