  1. I will say on the gfs the H7 track is along south coast. I would look at that when 925-850 is 0 to near 1C like it is for Kevin because you’ll need big time VV to help get your isothermal bomb. That puts near Kev to BOS or so in that zone, although BOS is probably too warm lower 1500’.
  2. I mean the overall track, etc. It has a potential to be a decent coastal, but I don’t think it was that wound up winds were kind of meh with that.
  3. Gfs looks about right to me in terms of reasonable solutions.
  4. 21” MHT. “I’m fine with the ground whitening..”
  5. NAM close to a violent ending with gusts near 60 and tail end snow. 3K also ending violently. Let’s get that south a bit more. but that’s also a product of rapid cyclogenesis, which the other models don’t necessarily buy.
  6. Good Greenland ridging but lower heights in AK probably means cross polar flow is reduced a bit. Still looks conducive to threats though. Not torch at all. Can’t ask for much more.
  7. Yeah, I could see you thump at 33 or 34 but it’s so marginal. It’s aloft that I don’t like. 925 and just below.
  8. Any meteorologist saying that should get a mafia style slap across the face. That worked real well on 10/29/11.
  9. I already heard the “daytime” argument for accumulations and pavement temps. Christ we never learn.
  10. I don’t understand how it goes out like that without someone seeing it?
