Definitely some question about where it gets captured and that dual/Elongated low structure that some models have. But man overall a beast.

Well I think the low should move closer to the H5 trough where the vorticity is. But to answer your question, I’ve never seen that before, so my guess is there is a reason why it doesn’t happen.

Canadian looks like near BM and then just East of north near 70W? Maybe more NE.

Haha, but I mean mid Level low size and orientation matters too. Bombing lows Can tighten that up too.

There’s no real climo for deformation zones. These are 20 mile wide bands that depends on many variables.
