Been there done that now it's that pesky house fly all over outside. Once the neighbors fertilize the corn fields they move in. Won't last long. Holy heck we need sun. Garden definitely stunted so far.

Nephew( my body surf twin) coming down from Cali for 4 weeks with his family July 4th thru Aug 2nd. House on the beach halfway between Weekapaug and Misquamicut. Three things, guaranteed surf, hot weather and epic barbecue parties on the beach with big fire pits. Will be my second home this summer.

I haven't used weights since high school. Recovering just fine ahead of schedule for my knee replacement. All of my serious injuries I have bounced back pretty quickly cept the back fusion which impacted my legs. All those years of running walking in the ocean sand paid off.
