MEX is spitting out 5F for CON Thu morning. That would be a record and a tie for 2nd coldest reading for so early in the season. Only a oxen killing yore of 1F on 11/5/1879 would beat it.

He’s been hammering the little snow reverse psychology all week and when that didn’t work he had to go back into weenie wishcast mode. The emotions run deep.

Big bust on temps up here. Most are around 30F with clouds and a breeze. Pretty sure MOS was well into the 10s for CON.

I had a high of 13F last 11/22. We lose about 10F/month this time of year so if you apply that anomalous day to 11/13 you're probably looking at a high around 17F. Of course that's in my backyard which would be about 20F at CON. The current lowest max for CON through 11/13 is 29F on 11/6/1879 and 11/10/1976. So that would be shattering the record for early cold, but it'd be about on par with how anomalous last Thanksgiving was.

Had a couple of nice squalls move through between here and Gilford. Probably 1/4SM in a couple of them while driving through. It feels like midwinter and it sucks.

ORH had 24°. His 23° does seem a little low unless he is rounding down 23.9°. I’m guessing his fan is dead too so it’s probably getting some heat loss in the morning without the aspirated assist.

Jerry’s MEX has 28/12 for CON on Tuesday with a 6 for snow. The record low max for the date is 32F and the earliest 28F or colder max on record is a 27F on 11/14/1905.

36.6/29 Just wanna see some flakes today. Roof to the run is finished and now I just need to get the side panels up to keep the wind out.
