    I’m on a flat spot in the middle of my hill so the runoff from above piles up. My soil moisture basically went from “irrigate now” to fully saturated. 2.13”

    That goes back to this morning. We missed multiple cells here while down the road got drenched.

    Yeah it’ll rain, but this has been a great opportunity to keep the water table high and instead it’s dropping locally while everyone else is breeding mosquitoes.
