The death band is just into SE CT. Seems like it’s late and everything is SE where Worcester won’t even get in long enough on the action and is on the edge of fun. But that’s just going by radar movement.
CT getting destroyed as Usual.

0.5” down already. CRAZY because at 7pm it was over 40* in Boston. HOW does that happen.

February 7th, 2003 = 2 Straight hours of 4”/h, something I’ve never seen even Close to since, even though most of the rest of you have had so much fun in so many other storms with 4” hour rates. I never have. Tiny bit in the Blizzard of 2005 and 2006.

Mesos are def going wild. Good sign though because even if we take off 20-25% then it's still a solid 7-10.
The rates are going to matter a ton in this one given it's a fast mover. Like if someone is putting up 3"/hr for a couple hours that is going to juice the totals big time. Some of the guidance has an awesome crosshair sig over the interior (mostly the non-NAM guidance)...so gotta be leery of the fluff bomb for someone. The poster child for that is obviously something like 2/7/03.
MY FAVORITE STORM OF ALL-TIME!!!!!

Why has no one posted the GFS Snow Map output at 12z in here??
And NYC Is the most retchid, disgusting, toilet bowl s**thole place on Earth with the meanest people I’ve ever met; and remember I’ve traveled everywhere. Not to mention he’s comparing a Region with a City

And the FOOKING NWS after being SO bullish the past 4 days on this storm...
DOWNGRADES the storm to 5-7, with 8’s on the map. Wow. Just WOW. How has this board been SO Opposite with the NWS this weekend in 2 storms?

This reminds me of that Jan 27 2013 snowbomb . Dropped like 16” in 8-10 hours overnight
That’s called “The Buzzsaw”, and it was 2011, 2 weeks after the Blizzard of 2011.
