  1. Hoping for some clear skies late tonight or very early AM Saturday. Would love to glimpse aurora.
  2. Def could have been worse. 3.65” of rain (maybe some more incoming). High of 76, low of 23. 1.8F (or so) AN for ORH some decent weekends
  3. The 2+ hours of on and off thunder and lightning from 3:15AM - 5:30AM was fun...
  4. 71F here for a high. This morning was raw and chilly. Temps in the 40s. We hiked Wachusett and between the wind and fog it was cold on the way up. Sun began to break through when we got to the top and it was decently warm on the trip down. No bugs, too!
  5. Of the past 7 mornings, I have been in the 20s for 6 of them that stretch appears over Summer rolls on
  6. No leaves here. I’m thinking some leaf out at work.
  7. Did you read the article? ”There are a few things to keep in mind if you want to start planting this time of year. Even if we don’t see another frost until autumn, chilly and damp weather is not good for your warm-weather plants. Putting in tomatoes, peppers, basil or anything in that group of vegetables is asking for trouble and disease, so hold off.”
  8. I guess we got to 27F this morning. Pool weather
  9. Yep. 32.0 was my morning low. But it has recovered decently.
  10. I had 8-12” in Foxboro (I was pretty young ). Lots of damage Will’s map. Still the best one
  11. Yeah. I think almost all are done south of the MA/NH border except in places like Pete’s.
  12. I think it was a murder victim but not sure. I also seem to recall a woman jumped from the bridge onto the rocks…and lived. Yuck
  13. I saw a body swirling around behind the hydro dam back in the early 1990s. Maybe late 1980s. I forget.
  14. We have some blooming in my neighborhood. Not full though.
  15. I guess it depends on what else you want to do. Spain is supposedly incredibly beautiful. But Egypt looks amazing. I’ve never been to either
  16. If you go with a group you will probably be ok. Stay in a nicer hotel.
  17. We went in 2021 and were lucky enough to hike the active volcano. But we didn't get to the Westfjords. Next trip for sure.
  18. We had a family of deer in our yard last night at dinner time. It had been years since I had seen deer on my property. Bears, moose, bobcats, foxes, owls, fishers, coyotes... but deer had been absent. I see them in the neighborhood but not in the yard
  19. Hopefully doing some clean up and fert next week. Throw down some seed etc.
  20. My terrible yard is greening up. The remaining snow piles look interesting against the green grass. Daffodils finally starting to bloom here
  21. Our son is moving to Ayer. We helped him and his girlfriend move stuff today. No snow in a lot of the towns around there. Seems very limited to over 700’ or so in el
