    We got power restored this afternoon. IIRC that was the longest we had gone without power since the 2008 ice storm. So not a huge deal. By chance my fridge was pretty empty so I didn’t lose much. I really didn’t see much damage in person driving around today. A few small branches. The remnants of a huge thick old mostly dead tree that had been cut up.

    Our union had a very mixed set of opinions. Prob mirrored the city pretty closely. Our super wanted to go hybrid (me too) but school committee voted remote. Hopefully something happens where we can go in person. I just row the ship.
