  1. Meh... I've received over 15" since Dec 20. Not great, but better than some years. I could still hit 50" this weekend if things work out (need less than 0.5"). I still think 20-25" between now and April is possible. Not the way I want to run a winter fo' sho'
  2. Yeah... I was considering that one, although for me personally, I got around half of my seasonal snow for that year in October, then the rest later, so it was a slightly different distribution.
  3. At least it has gotten cold enough for snowmaking again at Wachusett. They have kept the trail count up most of the winter.
  4. Agreed violently. This weekend >>> last weekend
  5. Can anyone think of a winter that gave a big thump right at the start (early December) and then pretty much a shutout after mid December?
  6. I’m pretty sure I don’t get a big rainer out of this but everything else is on the table I think. my fearless forecast is I get cirrus here.
  7. Tenor of the season. Even if a storm comes ashore, it will be precarious with that air
  8. Any EPS probability maps? Asking for my boss.
  9. Oh crap...some weenie started a thread.
  10. As Walt said for the last event, timing is the issue here. These need to phase just so...
  11. It ain’t a snowstorm until Zeus shows up
  12. I still have a little snow on my roof from last Saturday night. Kind of surprised.
  13. Nice segment about Pittson Farm in Maine on WCVBs Chronicle. Sledding mecca
  14. About a 200 mile shift. Nice for now. Big shifts make me queasy. Just another OP solution. Ride the ensembles
  15. We owned a small Nissan 2WD for a little while. Fun to drive, long throw stick shift. So awful in the snow though.
  16. I dunno. I’ve owned a home since 1998 without one. I wouldn’t mind one but manage without it. I’ve got nothing against trucks. The <1% of the time I would need one doesn’t justify it for me personally.
  17. My car has over 40k and it is less than 2 years old. Ouch
