Anecdotal only but sounds like a decent number of people with lingering effects of Covid had them disappear or become lesser soon after getting fully vaccinated. I would think that is coincidence at this point but might be some good news
I'm guessing they were looking at 1/8...12.5% Not sure why that fraction...
Although the wording of the order does indeed say 12%...not 12.5% That also does not include employees and vendors
We used to order some supplies from them at my old job 20+ years ago. I had forgotten about them until CT Blizz mentioned them a few years back.
They are sort of like Grainger for medical supplies. They don't sell vaccines that I know of
Speaking of which, I fell a little crappy today. Still working, but a day off might not have been a bad idea.
Wachusett is still saying they will be open Fri-Sunday, butbased on the weather, their webcams, and some pics I saw of some of the trails by someone who works there, I don't thinks so
Ah... gotcha... do you think there will be a second gen? I don't know how those work...
I need to get the shingles one. My primary care doc hasn't ever mentioned it and I keep forgetting to ask him. I'm in my 50s...
People have told me that one sucks, but having had close family that got shingles...nasty
One idea behind immunizations (flu etc) is to help protect those who are immunocompromised and cannot get vaccinated themselves. By and large the kids/teens don't seem to get very sick from Covid but it would allow them to, for example, an aunt who has cancer treatments going on who could not be vaccinated.
