  1. Kids in person are rarely just on laptops in Mass. some maybe I rarely have the kids use their laptops (some simulations I would have used a computer lab for in the past).
  2. In person vs virtual being better is different depending on the student and the implementation. For most kids it (virtual) isn’t as good. This has also widened the gap between haves and have nots in many cases
  3. For my school the remote kids have a separate group of teachers. For my wife, they watch her teach from home while she is with the kids in person. I’ve been enjoying doing hands on labs with my students since February. Lots of adjusting and retooling. But getting it done. It’s sad how many kids who are supposed to come into the building stay home and do nothing. That’s on the parents
  4. If I never do another Google Meet again I will be so happy
  5. My daughter’s school (hybrid now) will be full in person 3/29. My wife has been in with her students full in person most of the time since the fall. Im in hybrid now but will have all kids back by 4/28. Families may choose to stay remote. still lots of things to figure out but we are getting there
  6. Yeah... it is a hike. Almost 5 hours from me. Not to be taken lightly. Someday I hope you get there and experience it.
  7. The Loaf is just a whole different world... such good memories, especially Reggae Weekend
  8. I only care about when Jerry does... he knows... But yeah. I recall you posting that and was hoping it wouldn't come true... alas
  9. Wow... Jerry probably hasn't posted Roy this early since 2012 But there it is...
  10. BDL is at -0.5F (as per NWS climo report) before today ORH -0.4F PVD -0.5F BOS + 0.3F Warmth returns for a while
  11. It has definitely been cold enough to support snow many days. But it wasn’t meant to be. Bring on the warmth!
  12. Maybe there were some flurries overnight. Nothing OTG here. Dry windy and cold.
  13. Snowfall amount for me was right on average. However, January and March so far have been terrible. Only 1 awful Grinch melter, some decent snowcover stretches. October was fun, as was some of December. Feb was very good. No real cold (hit -1F for an hour total) I'm going B-... prob C+ if March and April finish snowless or close to it
  14. Yeah... little Wachusett blew snow Sunday night... they never do that this late in the season.
  15. I used to hate Lebron... no idea why. He never really caused issues etc. I have grown to have great respect for most of what he does now. Sometimes he can be brash, but for the most part get does allright.
  16. I didn't know there was a Dave & Busters there! Sweet
  17. That severe stuff gonna be wild
  18. In Mass starting April 16 (sooner if a "in front of the public employee")
