  1. There will be more people in theaters once studios start putting them in there. Right now there are only a couple of new ones. The big tent pole one (King Kong vs Godzilla) got terrible reviews so it isn’t packing them in Out local place is doing better now. They sold out many weekends of the rentals and now are doing public shows.
  2. Meanwhile... Full disclosure, this was yesterday
  3. I would imagine so other than a few piles.
  4. They say they are limiting them again this upcoming year, and they are starting to sell them in early May. If you are looking for a little bit of a discount, I have a GPS group which usually saves you $10 per pass. I am assuming they are limiting them again (hopefully with more available) because they make way more dough on day tickets
  5. Yeah... I am not thinking any frozen but a tiny chance
  6. It was on Christmas itself which was even suckier. But, in exchange, we got pretty much zero big torches or cutters after that... just not much snow other than that period in Feb (which was great).
  7. I was around a foot AN. Bust losing Jan and March sucked
  8. One issue in my area at least is restaurants are having difficulty finding staff. I’ve spoken to owners of three separate businesses who have said this. They are busy. Wachusett had a pretty successful season $$$ wise talking to someone we know in their accounting.
  9. Rainy possibly. Tiny chance of another frozen event but I doubt.
  10. One positive is that we just now purchased a Keurig K Cafe machine and I’m happy to report is it makes decent cappuccinos. Got a good deal on it
  11. They seemed very out of touch with this storm from the start. It seems to have happened a few times this season but this one was very noticeable.
  12. BOX kept asking for updated reports but never included anything past my 6:30AM one. So it shows Hubbardston at 4.5”. I sent in several reports during the storm and at the end but they were ignored
  13. 82.50” for the season after 8.50” today. Above average but weird
  14. Those pyramid ones are pretty cool
  15. I wonder if it was at the Mountainside Cafe
  16. BOX thinking 3-4” more here? I don’t think so
  17. Winds are roaring here. Surprise.
  18. There was also the Memorial Day weekend storm in VT a few years back. That was wild
  19. There are other late-season storms on record. On May 18, 2002, northern Worcester County saw a small amount of heavy, wet snow. The only official National Weather Service report of that storm was from Ashburnham, where a weather spotter recorded 2.5 inches. There was an unofficial report of 4 inches in Templeton, and heavy snow collapsed tents at the Henshaw Farm - where 20 Confederate and 40 Union Civil War re-enactors fought the battle of the day with snowballs.
  20. Yup. As much as 4” in Templeton MA from that 2002 event. But I think it was 5/18?
