Winds are starting to pick up. Very little icing here.

Town plow just made a couple of passes. Huge boulders of snow at the end of my driveway so I had to hit it with round 2. that Ego snowblower can really throw it. But the batteries deplete quickly in this stuff.

Picked up about a half an inch of sleet/snow since this morning. 6” total frozen schtuff

I will take sleet all day long. Hoping to avoid freezing rain as long as possible

First time I wasn’t able to finish my driveway before the batteries were depleted on the EGO. My older set wasn’t charged (I forgot to take care of that) so I’m taking a break. Dense stuff even though it’s 99% snow

When I went out to measure it was light snow with a few random tiny sleet pellets. It has been going back and forth for an hour or so. Snizzle and a few pellets currently

The Cybertruck is actually a good vehicle as far as tech and capabilities. But it isn’t a good truck and is fookin ugly

Not sure which I hate more, those or the Cybertrucks.

Sadly, my little SUV is fairly milqutoast. Still good to drive though. I do enjoy playing some Garth-style tunes as I pull into the parking lot. Co-workers give me looks.

In our family we currently have my 2018 CX5, my wife has a 2023 CX30, daughter has a 2013 CX5, son, who does not live with us has a 2024 3. We have had 5 other Mazdas previously. Daughters car has 200k on it (I think)

I'm going with 4-6" snow, 1" of sleet thrown in, and 0.25" of ice for MBY. Call it a day until the power goes out

Frost heaves here will be pretty epic when we get some solid warmth. Maybe my Mazda can get some air.

11F for the low here. Chilly. Definately no brutal cold in this stretch, but the lack of any big warmups has been mildly interesting here.
