We will see guys. I still think a moderate 2-6 event in VB especially southern vb. The NE wind direction currently keeps me fairly hopeful atm. If nothing else this has been fun to track. Thundersnow possible in our region later?? Even if its to our south is awesome. .

Tight gradient. Always was going to be. Conceivably could see a range of 2-6” N/S spread in VA Beach alone. .

Maybe some bay enhancement as well? Being in Virginia Beach myself my only worry is the south shift closer to game time with this setup . -

Absolutely ripping in Southern Virginia Beach. Closing in on 4”. Anxiously waiting to see that sleet line stays to our south. .

It has to be for the later week “event”. Be nice if we could see a shorter timeframe map of that to see for NE NC .
-
Any chance you can show the map a little further north into SE VA? Hanging by a thread up here in Va Beach. Local mets have all but thrown in the towel based on overnight model runs. .
-
In my opinion in SE VA he is way too west with snow line. We either get cold and dry or a nice snowstorm. .

Man are the SREF still bullish at this late hour for SE VA or what? https://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/sref/srefplumes/ (cant figure out how to link in KORF) -
How AKQ still has a chance of rain for my zipcode is beyond me. WSW is needed

Loving the surface temps (32) and wetbulb right now (29) with that band lifting almost due N from NC into that main snow shield.
