    Unimpressive on OKX and DIX. Definitely fizzled out in drier air.

    Yeah, DOA. It was looking juicy halfway through Jersey only to result in light snow.

    Queens. Should be ~2" at all 3 stations maybe less at JFK. Unfortunately this initial band is drying up as it approaches.

    Trending snowier sans NAM....nothing like an earlier "event" this season where Upton upped totals after nailing it as a non event previously. Raised totals when it was obviously a non event. I forget the date...

    Close. It is the weekend though so I'm sure there's no major push to do so. If this held overnight they'd probably expand a bit.

    Unfortunely drying up there too. I'll be up at my place between Roscoe and Delhi ~2000' Sunday into Monday. Hopefully theres a solid hit so at least it'll have a wintry look.

    When did I say its warmer? It's not any better than 12z anywhere outside of the boros and Nassau county.

    Its not warmer elsewhere, just a minimal event(4-6 in the HV and catskills in mid Jan is nuisance stuff).

    The point of the post is people seeing what they want to see. People posting "basically an all snow event on the GFS". This is a textbook 2-4" to rain event.

    Idk, before moving to Florida a couple years ago my parents sold a 2 family in really rough shape for $780k. Really rough shape....new owners completely gutted it and redid from top to bottom inside and out. I cant even imagine what they're into it all together.

    Oh yeah. I might have misunderstood that...sorry if that's the case. Flagstaff and Boone,NC are ideal retirement locales IMO. Here's Flagstaff monthly's.

    Not at all. It's better than that (330 is too much summer) and has quite cool summers.
