    Yeah, I guess it's called the benchmark for no reason. 983 at the BM and not particularly close to snow for many. Need help here...definitely a legitimate threat at this point though.

    You know it's bad when the NAVGEM comes out. Given the airmass you need a perfectly placed phased bomb. Possible yes but the UK goes to show we need help.

    Idk, before moving to Florida a couple years ago my parents sold a 2 family in really rough shape for $780k. Really rough shape....new owners completely gutted it and redid from top to bottom inside and out. I cant even imagine what they're into it all together.

    Oh yeah. I might have misunderstood that...sorry if that's the case. Flagstaff and Boone,NC are ideal retirement locales IMO. Here's Flagstaff monthly's.

    Not at all. It's better than that (330 is too much summer) and has quite cool summers.

    Such a waste of money too. Yeah it works in a marginal situation but when you get a real snowstorm salt doesnt do much.
