  13. Exactly. This could be a fairly easy 10-14" storm if there weren't any taint. I don't think any storm has overperformed this year which adds to the frustration. I'll typically look at the predicted range at 24hr and expect to get the low end or shave off 1-2" from that. We've melted out quite a bit over the last week, so any snow is welcome
  14. At least we look to dodge the big rainer for the weekend.
  15. Same. I just have a hard time staying positive when things don't go our way Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

  17. I'm still going with 5-6". Maybe less now with sleet. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  18. yes. what's your point? I know SNE has had major suck fest this year, but it hasn't been that great in our hood despite being about avg for the season.
  19. My PNC: .WEDNESDAY...Snow or sleet in the morning, then rain likely or a chance of snow or sleet likely in the afternoon. Additional light snow accumulation. Highs in the mid 30s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph, becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 90 percent. Sure, why not. It's to be expected. I'll go with 5-6" for my hood. Just about every storm has underperformed after looking good a few days out. Why change the trend now.
  20. that's what stinks. why even bother if it's just gonna wash away.
  21. A friend of mine and his family went up for the weekend. Never been and expected great conditions. Friday weather was rain in the a.m., then wind. Saturday was closed. Similar to SR when we went. I felt bad for him and his family as probably >95% of the time Jay would be excellent. Was a long drive back to PWM yesterday for them.
  22. Naturally we must have the possibility of sleet. 50% of storms this year are tainted. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
