  4. I was looking at the GFS. The 17th like Jeff says looks wet, then maybe more wintery appeal on the 20th. After that it looks dry through the 28th, but I know it's a long way out and subject to change.

  14. did they at least offer the remote learning? That's what they did up here, but I personally think the remote learning, especially for a one-off day like this is a waste of time. just give them the day off.
  15. Our plow guy called me as he was backing in dropping sand and said he did not dare back down the hill to the cul de sac as it was glare ice and once you start slipping it's all over. Managed to throw enough of my own sand on the one hill leading out of our driveway. A bit white knuckle for a minute as I knew I only had one chance , but managed to get out. Hopefully it'll be fine by end of day.

  18. Just pulled a young delivery kid in his rear wheel drive Benz out of ditch by our driveway. Guy had no chance on our road but he did have a screw in tow hitch already attached, so quick work Sent from my SM-S921U using Tapatalk
  19. The S/SW winds in excess of 35mph makes our large window panes flex pretty nicely. Thought I recall reading they are rated for 70+. but don't really know for sure. Thought crosses my mind of blow outs with big southerly winds as prow of house faces due south.
