  1. when we're talking about 21 hour storms as "slow" then you know we have potential
  2. Can't tell whether it's better, I wanna say yes?
  3. The Euro AI spits in the GFS's face, incredible consistency
  4. A cave ain't happening today, y'all.
  5. we should put signficance ratings on the models for an accurate scoreboard (e.g. the euro is 5 pts, gfs 3, ai euro 5 pts, etc.)
  6. Lots of bad jokes tonight. Let others make them unless you know what you are talking about
  7. Which do you think is more likely? A GFS AI overamp or a GFS ultra supression
  8. That fucking 1055 high better not screw the CMC up or I will burn this planet down.
  9. It's actually 2-5", the more south the better
  10. is it trying to turn up the coast or something?
  11. Temps aren't good. It's legit too amped for snow lol. major zr event verbatim tho
  12. so at hr 102 with the AI-GFS, i think the baja blast low is less prominent, whatever the hell that means? idk what that will mean down the road
  13. I'm having a hard time believing a 1050 high suppresses everything to hell, but maybe some red taggers can counter me there.
  14. ICON + CMC + GFS combo vs Euro + Euro AI + GFS AI combo i think i know which side i'm taking for now.
  15. ICON pushes the Baja Boogie Blast (TM) further east this run
  16. likely is like 30% chance, it's relative to the time scale
  17. This is the general flavor of the storm i'm getting right now, if anybody wants to correct me they can go ahead. Scenario 1 — The Mid-Atlantic is impacted by a major winter storm that drops 4"+ of snow. (likely) Scenario 2 — The Mid-Atlantic is too far north to receive the brunt of the system and receives <4" of snow. (possible) Scenario 3 — The Mid-Atlantic is impacted by a major winter storm that briefly starts as snow before changing over to sleet and freezing rain. (unlikely) Scenario 4 — The Mid-Atlantic is too far north to receive anything impacts from the system and receives no snow. (very unlikely)
