    There are two short waves(sw) that are responsible for this event. Where and when they phase is important, or if they do at all. My biggest concern is that there is no blocking and if the phase is intense it'll wind up hugging the coast and bring mix or all rain. What I do know weather has no memory so ignore analogs and second what is this years trends. OTS or cutters/apps runners.

    The Euro has High Pressure in Iowa and Missouri not moving much, pretty stable. On the GFS the high is all over the place.

    A map that is 10 days out yeah. Will it verify, probably not. Single digits(+0) is more realistic. The coldest it has ever gotten here was -12F in 1984(?) bucks county.

    I went to Princeton Battlefield Park in New Jersey today and it was epic. It was everything I wished it to be. Really surprised how small they are compared to the annual Cicadas.

    Ha ha, coming from New Jersey yeah. I'm traveling north into NJ and still would call it I-95.
