How it feels watching model trends.

I’m honestly not the best at reading much anything better than a surface map, correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks average to slightly above climo what I’m hearing and seeing. Which of course needs to be taken with a huge grain of salt. I just love a cold Christmas week (I’m sure we all do) , my father passed when I was 19 in 08, but his birthday is that week on top of Christmas and I just enjoy the nostalgia of it being cold like when he was alive.

I personally think we will be good and cold till around 10th, the pattern will relax for about a week, then it will come back seasonal to below average just before Xmas. I just feel like we may get a break from Merry Torchmas this year.

10 days away in early December I’d take this all with a massive grain of salt, I’m just glad it’s not 60 degrees. I expect absofuckinylutely nothing anymore.

Mood flakes yesterday and thanksgiving next week and a good set up to kick off meteorological winter, makes me wonder what to expect for Christmas time this year. Fingers crossed for a good set up for a seasonal Christmas time for once.

It’s so strange how it’s like a faucet was shut off. I agree climate change has a lot to do with it, however we could still get good winters 10 years ago. Something is certainly off. The writing is on the wall about this winter. I will be curious to see over the coming decades where the fault lies and where our climate ends up.
