It’s been an east and/or north winter lately plus we missed Jan 15 & 16 blizzards by 30 miles maybe which stung...so we’re due, it’s coming.

I paid attention to it as well last winter and it loved to draw up apocalyptic blizzards straight from Jimmy’s novels.

It’s been a great coc summer and fall overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfy weather...but it’s time to drop the hammer and turn this muthafuka @weathafella out. I want the public crying about the non stop cold and snow until April.

The bright side...there will be a lot more meltdowns to witness in the early afternoon.

We had an early Jan event that was good but other than that, yea had to wait until March. I hated last winter..a lot of precip but mostly liquid.

Mid month. 11/16.

Yea and snowcover nor storm track advanced much further SE last season. It snows where it wants to.

He’s just finally getting out to the burbs and away from college city campuses. He’ll spot a bear next which will trigger a complete meltdown.

We get it though, priorities change when you marry and have kids...for the majority of men at least (some think they can still bar hop with their buddies - those don’t last long). So, if you’re going to do ‘you’, do as much as you can when your single. But...men who think they can’t do what they want when married with kids are choosing the wrong women or they don’t properly communicate their needs when they have the right one. You shouldn’t get in a relationship if you think it’s a death sentence. If I told my wife I’m going out west to chase an el nino week of snows in the Sierras, we would make it work...if it was THAT important to me. I dunno, maybe I got lucky with mine and I’m just being too optimistic for our species.

Yea. Not much time left once you hit 30.

I don’t want the cold, let it bottle up where we need it. My fears of a potential AK vortex is practically nil now. All systems go for at least an average winter.

Tool. Even with the ignore on I still see his posts. If mods can improve this feature next upgrade, would be appreciated. Great feature just needs a little more tweaking. At least we are seeing the cold season show up locally in the LR. About all we need at this point.

Winters like last suck. I’d rather bang out a great month or two instead.

Early March, yea. Great storm. Unfortunately, it was just two...Mid Nov and Early Mar...with mostly rainers in DJF.

I do like a -pna slightly -nao pattern for us folks away from the eastern waters.
