I know you remember though how Jan 16 was never supposed to be much north of Philly until nammy at hr72 pumped it north. Everything else was too far SE even at like D2. Not saying it happens again but southern vorts have that late north trend in them so we’ll just have to pray, and pray hard, for now.

This can deff scrape nyc so worth watching. I think it will end up like Jan 16 but displaced 100 miles south.

I prefer a nice regionwide event though to lift spirits. I’ll sacrifice 8 weenies getting 2” out here on the 26th if we can somehow pull a warning event from here to ema on the 29th.

Yea. We always do well on the JV squad then the Varsity team puts us in our place...back on the bench cheering others on.

Yup. Another 5 years and I’m leaving the wife and kids behind randomly for tahoe or BC last second trips. Maybe 3 years.

I’m optmistic for Feb but I’m starting to feel like James does with every shortwave within 500miles of Cape Cod...on how the mid to long range pattern looks. I don’t know what happened to me the past couple years but suddenly I’m a glass half full kinda guy in the winter.

You right. Not like it’s D3 either so we still have time to will it north. But it would be nice if Dr No became a little friendlier The UK not even having the system isn’t helping either.
