    I’m not sure. I haven’t dove into the costing yet. I think we’ll wait until our daughter is out of daycare in 3yrs so I’ll start seriously designing in 2yrs.

    Yea, It’s the only saving grace. Everything else about high dews is pointless. Maybe pool time but that typically ends prematurely when the swamp storms pop.
