There’s usually not that big of a difference between the shoreline and 84 this time of the year. You’ll typically see the color delayed there compared to here but they look like late summer compared to late fall, here.
I use a lawn sweeper so the downside of that is if you have too many leaves, you’ll barely make one stripe before you have to empty it. Instead, with a light coating of leaves, I can fly around with a couple trips to empty it and be done in 30mins.
Oh so you do pick up the leaves eventually in one shot…ok. I was under the impression you never pick up like my one neighbor. If that was the case: ‘unfriended’
I left for golf this morning with a pristine look only to come back to a disaster. I’m leaving the office early tomorrow to do them again before the rain implants them.
Yea, I hate it too. I’ve cleaned up like 5 times already while one of my neighbors has not and never will…they just let the leaves rot on their property throughout the year and don’t think twice about it. Then again, they barely lift a finger for any property maintenance. Grass sometimes grows knee high in the summer. Such a shame when homes look like they’ve been abandoned.
