    Yup. Just having a wintry feel xmas week is good enough. Cold with chances of frozen is just fine compared to previous years.

    Yea. My weenie was broken so many times in the 80s and early 90s. Then the king came in Jan96 and put my weenie back on. It was euphoric going through the busts and underwhelming stretches to finally get a two day 2ft blizzard that closed school for the entire following week.

    Ha. There’s a difference between being a negative nelly and telling it like it is though. We snuck in 0.5” in an otherwise unimpressive hemispheric look, and it’s going to get worse for snow lovers. Hopefully, we can sneak in something of more significance later this month before it gets hostile again in Jan. When we start looking good for a change, I’ll get pumped up. Until then, anyone pumped is pumping in the wrong places.

    We know how these ‘pattern changes’ go…they’re always delayed, if they come at all. Dec is shot imwo. Maybe we sneak some swfe event before NYE but nothing sustained when the west wants to keep digging troughs.

    Just flurries now, accum stuff is over. 0.75” total. Pretty special event…usually the depression sets in after these as we ask, where do we go from here?

    Ant is not prepared for it. He’ll have the AC on full blast with his Mets starter jacket on, in his cruiser, so it feels like winter.
