  1. I had us and still do for 2-4”. 0z has been good no doubt but I’ll need another cycle to confirm the bump to 4-6”.
  2. Meditation though isn’t wearing a brown robe and remaining still for 2hrs in a seated position. I do it while driving, in a meeting, in the morning while eating breakfast. It’s become part of my daily routine. But yea, mindfulness can be enhanced in a variety of ways not just meditation. It’s good to see folks get after it. One more earlier tick with h7 closing off and ema tickles a foot.
  3. Dude. We are all weird. We question DIT’s mental state everyday. No judgement in here though. We accept all and do what we can to help each other.
  4. Very True. It’s why I always urge folks struggling with mental health to meditate. I know it sounds cheesy to meditate…but it helped me when I battled issues for 15yrs.
  5. Depends. Busts can be very imby centric, I have too many to list, so I won’t go there. If we zoom out, there have been several smaller events recently where models were very erratic and shat the bed. We don’t remember those but I know Will does.
  6. Yea, you shouldn’t/can’t drink either then. Mediation is great though, hopefully you incorporate that into your daily routine.
