  1. 2” of rain here on top of a pack could flood out basements fairly easily around here.
  2. Well I was preoccupied with tying a noose on saturday, my bad.
  3. Lol. Anymore ways winter punches me in the gut and I’ll lock myself up there.
  4. Locking the women and children in the attic again?
  5. And euro/nam combo will be more right than wrong this time. These gradients usually favor pike+ so it makes sense.
  6. Not happening friend. No big ones in nina’s and we never get big ones in wsne outside of the berks anymore.
  7. I’m channeling my inner TBlizz and Scooter. “This winter sucks, it can end..this will head up the ct river, and no big totals it’s moving too fast.”
  8. We have a nice pack here, it’s deflating it will be washed away.
  9. This just didn’t have the juice, for some reason, outside of the sema and orh/ect bands.
  10. Unless you’re on the Drunken hill of Tolland where elevation boosts alcoholism and snow amounts, you’ll have a few inches less in every storm.
  11. Shouldn’t it be fairly easy to gauge legit amounts by a high def radar loop amongst other checks?
  12. Lol, it can feel that way. Ray worked overtime for 11” which equates to min wage, I worked as hard for 6” which is practically slave labor…while some in SEMA barely broke a sweat for 30” like they’re wall st fat cats collecting dividend shares.
  13. Oh nice. Double of what I got. Yea, some streets will have that look then. The brown slush mud though is coming soon…
  14. It always looks like more in the city. I love when cars get plowed in and the streets become even tighter. Usually around a foot would create that deep plowed in look though.
  15. Jim Cantore reporting live: I’m in Boston Common where it’s snowing hard with a foot on the ground already. Weenies (making their way to Boston Common): I just happened to run into Jim Cantore. What are the odds.
  16. Well, I moved out of CT late Jan13…it wasn’t just a trip out of town. But still, removing myself from the equation, 9ys (thesedays) is below avg of not experience a 18+ event. Some areas in neweng have seen 4 or 5 in that time period.
  17. Congrats. Not good for winter weather, they can get good ice storms. I wouldn’t want to deal with severe there though. My door is always open to about the big storms of the past.
