    Yup, everyone but the delusional perfect race was in jeopardy. Once your area was invaded and controlled by nazi’s, you were either pro nazi or not, and either decision had it’s consequences.

    Of course. There is a great documentary on netflix about Ukrainians, Poles, and other neighboring countries participating in the murders.

    And lol at Putin saying on state TV they are fighting a neo-nazi regime in Ukraine and using (I won’t name names) American politicians and news outlets positive and glowing remarks for Putin as their justification. So Zelensky is jewish, yea. The propaganda Putin and his goons spill is akin to Nazi Germany.

    That’s possible. There are different intelligence/thoughts on post Russian takeover. With how Zelensky and his govt have united the country though and have showed action with the unwillingness to flee or surrender…should the Russians imprison or murder him and his inner circle…I don’t foresee Ukrainians giving diplomacy with a Pro Russia regime a chance. Could be a combo of resistance and politics, it can go in several directions. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that, too early to tell still.

    Even if/when the Russian mob take over Kviv and imprison or kill Zelensky, that’s just the beginning of a potentially long war there.

    I know, I tease. It is what it is back this way. I expected a MBN season for WOR so we’re not surprised. Glad you guys out there are doing well though, at least it’s not shit season for everyone here.

    For some reason I remember being underwhelmed because of the dryslot but also because once again we were close to something bigger but missed, yet again. So I thought it was worse then it was, I just checked my records on Kevin’s site and recorded 12.5”. Not bad.

    The first 20days or so of Feb21 was awesome. Mundane winter otherwise though. The big Dec event porked us. The good piece this winter had going for it was the relatively long snowpack during a cold Jan. The over-performer early in the month was nice beforehand so grading month would be: Dec: 20 Jan: 75 Feb: 67 Mar: TBD

    There are more tangeable factors than just % of snowfall but no, 80% wouldn’t be a ratter. But if we hit 65% with just a few more penny events, I’ll give the rat a consideration given everything else that occurred.

    I’m at 45% of my yearly avg so unless Steve’s epic March call produces, the season is in big trouble being labeled as a ratter.

    Yes good memory friend. Right now my family in Southeast Poland about 30min from the Ukraine border is helping refugees but hopefully that’s the extent of it. I have relatives who are still alive that lived thru WW2 and younger relatives who lived thru USSR control after the war up until 1982, which is a fairly fresh memory for all Poles. Tensions are high… they just don’t know to what extent this will go yet.

    There’s also the thought by intelligence that Zelinksy who is modern and west friendly so Ukraine prospering looks terrible on Russia and Putin, while Russia struggles economically. If Russian people start believing that democracy works in outside of Russia then it too can work for them.. Which is obviously not what Putin and his goonies want.

    Yes, it was Russian propaganda. I’ll put up some articles later that explains the reasons why they invaded.

    That would have been the easiest and most accurate way to forecast for our area this season. Instead of countless hours tracking and analyzing...just take the least snowiest solution to paint the forecast map instead and sit back smiling while everyone else bites off their finger and toe nails 4x per day.

    Don’t worry, once where in the nam range it will be the only model to give us the goods…but it will be wrong this time. Winter 21-22, feels like we’ve been feeding it sleeping pills and we sowed its eyelids open.
