  1. We’re heading there Tuesday through next Sunday.
  2. Just take a nap and let it do it’s thing.
  3. That’s this Sunday. They home on the 25th, against Ravens.
  4. Some expect tornadoes and hurricanes repeatedly ravaging the New England landscape, I guess.
  5. Nowadays…mostly with green tea. I’ve weened myself off of daily coffee consumption over the past few years. How do you take your coc?
  6. Last season featured the same but the damn pna forced shortwaves into a meat grinder upon approach. If we can reduce the troughs in the SW this time, we’ll have a December to remember.
  7. Someone just smashed their beer bottle on their window ac unit…
  8. As Scooter stands outside with hands crossed, “I got you again sucker.”
  9. Agree. 6”/hr rain rates there in winter would be a dream.
  10. The coc is comin hard and there is nothing you can do about it. Just open wide and embrace it.
  11. Fall doesn’t mean cloudy and dreary. The change of season is enjoyable. Leaf colors, swamp ass is gone, football, etc…it’s a great time of the year.
  12. Oh he will. He’ll shoot turkeys in his yard in November and chase Santa away with a shovel in December when it’s 60F…and when he’s dripping in sweat during his jog on MLK weekend, he’ll rip down his I Have A Dream poster hanging on his bedroom wall.
  13. Yea. We don’t want to perturb it too soon. Otherwise it’s LBTE which no one, especially our spouses, wants.
  14. I also began using organic fertilizer which apparently is eco friendly, to what extent…I don’t know. I only use it in my front yard but it’s probably safer than scotts or other brands. I don’t need a golf course but I do like a healthy looking turf for the kids. It’s not even about curb appeal since we are so far back from the road, no one sees it anyway.
  15. Looks good. Some lawns can definitely get away with it. But around here I see some lawns during the growing season that would be brutal to let the kids run around in. Again, I don’t recommend nor like to use heavy chemicals but annual aerating and overseeding does wonders, and that’s natural. I’lll fertilize once in spring and once in the fall too because of the high weed infestation.
