  1. Congrats on a misery weekend call. Thought it wouldn’t be too bad initially but it looks dreary until early Monday. Oh well, get high and enjoy the indoors.
  2. Such beautiful plants, boys. I grew one myself but butchered it some so may only get half a pound out of it. We’ll do better next season.
  3. Yea if we get any rains it is early in the period before the high presses overhead.
  4. “It’s not a suppressed pattern..rains to the border.”
  5. Nope. After I mow I attach my lawn sweeper to pick up the grass while making those wide stripes.
  6. Rubber mulch. Not sure about the swing set, my wife got it…probably amazon.
  7. We were never ‘ahead’ in soccer but yea we’re falling back in basketball to an extent.
  8. It’s not melanoma thankfully. It’s basal cell, same as Dave had, so no treatment required. I do have a few other spots the doc marked on her notes for her to check again on future visits. Light skin sucks.
  9. That’s what I had removed, a big patch on the back of my neck. Glad you haven’t had any since but I suspect I will have more to remove moving forward. Do you still get checked every year?
  10. Wow, lucky. I have to get checked every 6mo now and if all good after 3 visits, I have my checkups 1x per year. I’ll go every month if they want though, eff that. Thankfully my kids have my wife’s skin tone but now that they saw my stitches and understand why, they don’t complain when mom puts on sunscreen…in fact, they put it on themselves now lol.
  11. Ya’ll need more hobbies lol. When the weather is “boring” there’s like 50 things I can do but I can’t do them all, just not enough time. Big text just came thru from Eversource so don’t get angry too soon: Eversource: We are tracking Hurricane Lee and preparing to respond to potential damage and outages in CT this weekend. Monitor the forecast and be prepared. See storm center: Eversource.com. Support 8002862000
  12. Nice pics guys and great work. This was in mid August. Never had this green of a lawn in mid summer since I never water it myself.
  13. Yea, I’m good. Thanks. They got all of it, 12 stitches later, but I like lower sun angles even more now.
  14. We need a break after the wet and sticky summer. I had to put off my large outdoor project in June because of the humidity. I also got local skin cancer on my neck so I need to be smarter being out in the sun during the summer. Now the sun angle is lower so I have more shade on my property to continue the project and 70/50 sunny days makes it that much more enjoyable.
  15. We are. It’s awesome. Birds chirping and roosters coc-ing with the windows open this morning.
  16. If your ‘38 did not pan out then you can turn your attention to outdoor activities or projects. Enjoy.
  17. It’s JAM and it’s been that since 2015. It’s turned into a pony but some continue to ride it as if it’s a thoroughbred.
  18. 57/55 and bone dry in the ten day forecast… gotta love it.
