  1. My last 20” was in 2011. I’d be waiting a very long time to enjoy a winter event if that’s the threshold. I guess when the kids are grown I may feel differently but as of now, even 2” and we have a blast.
  2. Keep the jersey and use it to wipe summeh swamp ass. Return the shovel.
  3. Ginxy says white xmas odds for SNE have not changed since the 1600s though.
  4. True. Either outdoors or on our monitors.
  5. Early Jan looks good but if it’s only a 2wk stretch that fails to produce, we’ll need to hand out straight jackets around here.
  6. This map makes sense and aligns with WOR forecasts. This was a coast and EOR event. I still think the duration of sustained winds along with the soaked ground did the most damage, rather than any rogue gust. We do hope this map is not a prelude to snowfall distribution when the next system approaches with below freezing temps…assuming that is possible.
  7. Nope. Warm and wet outside of the usual spots.
  8. We know the odds are low but a hard shuffle and a new dealer can get the cards hot again.
  9. Might as well break the spell and end a shitty year with something fun and borderline anomalous.
  10. Would love to see this. Pinwheeling around each other.
  11. Crazy sw’s in a backed flow. Actually reorganizes and gets sne with long duration snows. Yo soy el nino flexing.
  12. Have you had issues with the river flowing onto your driveway in the past?
  13. Congrats to the damage for EOR. Out here, we’re 2.76” total with a long week of yard cleanup ahead:
  14. Away from the water? I haven’t. Wolfie is probably licking his wounds and loading his sleigh onto his truck…heading north for the season realizing this is not what a mid Dec storm should look like in Southington CT USA.
  15. What weenies. They got after it. @Damage In Tollandcould learn from them on how it’s truly done.
  16. 2.13” here. Less than the 4-6” amounts models and twitter mets were hyping but still enough with the breezy conditions to make it ugly.
