  1. Should have just issued watches for the whole forceast area and just left it at "the potential exists for 6" or more of snow, but exact amounts are unable to be pinpointed at this time. This is a dynamic storm with many variables still to be worked out. This watch serves as notice to the public to prepare for what may be a major snowstorm."
  2. Based on BOXs latest snow map, watches probably flip to warnings and watches get added for the remaining counties in the FA. Berkshire County should probably get one for impact and a possible (though unlikely) west trend.
  3. On the forecast page, there is a map, where you can click to get a forecast for that specific location. Often the snow totals will differ greatly between locations just a few miles away.
  4. I'd weigh in the possibility of the at least the Route 7 corridor getting 0.0" That's the real borderline. The River valley is probably OK for, at a minimum, an advisory event.
