    Light snow in Midtown started as some light rain quickly switched over to flakes

    There are a ton of trees down throughout midtown and Lower manhattan. A NYPD officer was reportedly struck by a tree at 2nd Avenue and east 35th street. All the roads are covered. Traffic not really moving at all buses getting stuck.
