    Mt holly is being absurd....going to hug the NBM right off the cliff and then when its 6-12 in central jersey and 10-16 to the north will act like they got it right all along most prudent would be to start out lower with what the actual models are putting out and then talk about the possibility of higher amounts

    exactly...6-12 covers alot of bases to the public without setting yourself up for failure with 12-18 initial maps which if fear Mt holly will do based on their discussions the past day and their insistence on using the faulty nbm of course stress the potential in the northern areas you could get those 15 inch plus amounts and toward the coast especially toward southern jersey you could get 3-4 inches before a changeover to ice and maybe plain rain

    is anyone else not a fan of the using the NBM map for snowfall this far out. I know Mt Holly uses it to make their forecasts close in but 4 days out it would seem to be irrelevant as a map given the model spread currently and in most situations.

    1.5 inches from first batch and snow shut off about 90 minutes ago. We shall see what comes later..a bit skeptical

    Heavier band here in Belle Mead so finally sticking to road. We shall see how long this lasts 32

    31 and light snow in Belle Mead NJ. Dusting on colder surfaces but not sticking to parking lot and roads. No big deal will probably get an inch or less on grass and no impact on travel IMBY
