That storm was just an entirely different beast. I'll never forget the look of those flakes. Smallish but fast and furious. I remember measuring 6", taking a 2 hour walk and coming back to close to 10". Was blown away considering the flake size.
Was actually one of my favorite storms. I was amazed myself that how much it accumulated with the sun angle and the 10" was the most I measured since 2010 lol. Definitely more concerned about the dry air rather than low rates accumulating.
Funny you mention that, was thinking the same thing to myself last night. Seems like every time there's a chance for snow it's doing so to it's full potential.
