  2. even cutting this in half it would still be fun I think.. we never go above freezing here then big winds move in

  4. I still think aloft torches more.. but I guess we'll see.. either way a good storm coming
  5. You don't think the big winds will be a issue with zr and limited melting?
  6. He's still at freezing at 12pm this run
  7. HRRR definitely keeping the cold around longer this run
  8. 6z had 33 at Hartford at 5am.. 12z has 29 at 5am
  9. You haven't had over 6? Not even in december?
  10. could be here.. I think it gets bumped up a bit more later on.. even if we can manage .3 to .5 the winds will take things down..
  11. they had up to a tenth of a inch of zr here.. so how did they get it right? did it happen yet? no but looks like we could get it good here
  12. One change from 24 hours ago is a delay in the changeover, especially for areas further north as the warmer air gets hung up a bit. This has allowed for slightly increased snow totals over northern MA before the change; still thinking 4 to 6 inches is most likely with isolated amounts up to 7 inches. While most locations will only be dealing with rain during the day on Sunday, the exception will be the high terrain of the Worcester Hills and Berkshires. Given a secondary low forming directly overhead and directing colder NE flow into the region, there is some question as to how quickly that subfreezing air gets scoured out for northern MA in general, as models tend to be too fast.
  13. hopefully we still have some ice on the trees
  14. and yet they still only have a advisory * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.
