    In 2012 we had the Chill Storm which started in Winchester as snow, went quickly to sleet, and then back to heavy snow as soon as the heavy precip moved in.

    The precip start time really makes the 3k way off. It may end up correct overall but bad so far

    If radar can be believed, the 3k is gonna be WAY off on precip start. That model is supposed to be the best of the two but I find it can be really spastic from run to run

    That is really surprising to me. I thought it would be much lower except in very high elevation snow.
