I feel the same. 95% of it isn’t fun at all but that 5% when it snows is heaven. I’m almost ready for spring right now just to eliminate The possibility of snow.

You’ll find that it’s cloudy out here most of the time in winter. It’s weird. You often can see the edge of the cloud deck to the south and east and it will just sit there all day.

Ever since the March 2013 storm I’ve been a believer in the rpm in close. The weather channel showed that model the night before that storm and it was amazing how reality matched the sim radar that the model produced. Note: Had anybody, including Jim Cantore, watched that model the night before they wouldn’t have been as disappointed the next day.
