No problem, I'm not too scientific but I do enjoy giving updates when I can. It's actually snowing pretty good here

Have some snow coming down, just started.

Dusting on the ground, coming down in a burst here and there

Went out to the wood pile, looks like we picked up about an inch today. What I really noticed though is I can see the stars tonight and the wind was moving pretty good. My house is around 1250' with hills on each side of me that go up to 1400-1500' fairly quickly and I could see the trees moving up there and could really hear the wind up there. Was just something I wasn't expecting. Beautiful out there right now though as the moon is shining on that fresh snow.

I was going to say Riddle Pond. I’ve seen them towards Groton on 302 as well. Near the Butterfield parking lot.
Oh cool, I'll have to keep my eyes peeled next time I'm over that way.

Lol was just going to post the same thing for here. Looks like we will likely have similar obs this season.
I think so too. You're really just up and over 302 through Orange from me. Have you ever seen any moose on that stretch? We've seen a couple near Riddel Pond.

finished right at 7 here. absolutely beautiful out there as the sun went down

Just measured, got readings from 5" to 6". Like mreaves, am happy with this amount.

Coming down good here, flakes a little bigger than earlier

Got home from work at 4 and the thermometer out back read 9, when I left at 3 this morning it felt cold.

No, GMP. I’ve always heard Washington Electric was bad for outages.
I think ours does go out more than it should and they have horrible rates. I almost went solar this summer cause I hate them so much lol

We lost power for an hour or so. I’m only a quarter mile away from a substation so this was actually one of the longer outages we’ve had.
Our power gets back relatively quickly as well, I don't think I've had power lost for more than 8 hours. Are you Washington electric?
-
Currently sitting at 9, hope to get first subzero reading of the winter. Lost power for about 5 hours this morning, guess the wind took a tree down? Not sure.

I have also had light snow/flurries continuously here since the snow this weekend, I woke up to a fresh inch this morning as I left for work at 3 a.m and there is still white stuff falling now. I do not know if this is considered upslope where I live as I feel I live "back in the hills" more than "up in the mountains", but something is happening.
-
Somewhere between 2-3 here, wind blown spots around 5, other spots barely covering the grass. Light flurries now.

we flipped to snow here maybe around 10:45, pretty light precipitation though.

The yard is actually coated. Somewhere between a trace and tenth?
yes it was a nice surprise to see white out there this morning. we picked up the same, less than 1/2 inch definitely, but enough that the ground and cars are covered. I drove about 30 seconds down the hill and there was no snow

same here, snowing and ground is covered again

Gusty here too. Still snowing for now but the flake size has gone down.
