After this debacle, I am really stoked to be headed up to Jay for the New Year. For the next two weeks it’s all about the picnic tables. Let’s stack it up!

NAM & 3K NAM GW for S CT with now over 1.00" of ZR. Obviously those numbers are too high for this type of event. Still think up to a half inch is possible though. ill be interested to check out the soundings in bufkit when the 18zs come out.

Moonlight reflecting off ice encased dead Christmas lights to create a new and festive way to celebrate the holiday season?

They cancel school for 4 inches ?

It’s pretty ridiculous, they cancelled last Wednesday in almost all of CT for a couple/few inches that literally melted off the roads by 9:00am. That was a shocker

What’s happening in SNE is what happened in NNE last year. They were on the right side of the line and stayed there basically the whole winter. Until January, that is how we will continue to roll.

    Except for two epic rainers?

We worry. It’s pretty close. Anthony in flip flops and Hawaiian shirts on Christmas Day.

Yeah, EPS towards the end of the run, heading into the holiday doesn’t look all that great. Zonal PAC POO.

In the absence of the -NAO pulse, we are at the mercy of timing, and it is not looking good for mid month. There is still time, but right now the looks of the high over the atlantic does not engender much confidence. That high would have been pinned to our north had the SSW succeeded and excited phase 8 of MJO, but as is, no bueno.

    December to forget incoming?
