My day job is driving, and no I don't enjoy pedestrians (especially crowded, urban areas). Add the blinding winter sun angle and it's pretty dangerous at times

does the party bust once the sleet/rain line roars through?

I have; no blinding AM sun, no snow to slide around in, rain keeps many pedestrians/bikes/runners inside, on and on. On top of that it's a holiday week so traffic is down. It's awesome!

DIT correct on this one, especially given ski resorts and other winter activities are largely shut down too. You lose over 1/3 of winter (possibly much more), not only snowless but torched, it must be weighed in there.
