    could be wrong but based upon the teleconnections, it looks like more of a grinder/shredder pattern where you'd look for a clipper or miller-B. Assuming we see -EPO MJO p7 and perhaps a neutral or becoming slightly neg NAO

    You do realize that the pattern could not be much more hostile/worse, that's like saying it might get colder in October than September. Literally zero skill needed for that forecast, though funny that some consider it skill

    I've had that vertigo too....started a few years ago but has been much better recently. Those exercises didn't work for me much, seemed to just go away after a year or two with it every time I lay down, or tried to sit or stand up.
