That is a pretty nasty gradient to the north on the Euro. I think it will probably be smoother than that. But there is a brick wall up top so who knows.

Furthest East I see on VA cams is just east of Wytheville, VA. Chill might get into something in a couple of hours.

Moderate snow into Big Stone Gap in South Western Va. Progressing nicely. Cam wont let me copy it though.

I am looking at heavy snow on traffic cams well over 1000 miles away from each other from the same storm. It's insane.

Latest HRRR has first flakes out here around 9. Seems a bit quicker than earlier runs?

ICON Ensemble has many more northern SLPS this run. Trending north for sure.

Dry slot seems to be a touch further east this run on the GFS. Backside looking decent too.

I cant ever remember having to look at 15 different radar sites on COD NEXRAD to see what is incoming. The precip shield from this thing is humongous.

I will be shocked if Mappy doesnt get at least 5 inches. The cutoff is going to be sharp and harsh though. No doubt.

Euro is a thing of beauty. Pretty much everything has converged on a NOVA/DC jack stripe. 14 is the highest i have seen out here from any model. It's gonna snow yall. And snow hard.
