That is fair, lot of cold around the first....WB 12Z EPS.

WB 12Z EPS....about half the members have it cold in the eastern part of the country in early December. Hope they are correct.

WB 18Z GEFS looks much better than the GFS, but still not cold enough.

Good news is that the WB 18Z GFS still has the mountain snow for late week...

WB 18Z GFS in long range...it is just one run at range, but we just can't underestimate the SER anymore...models just can't handle it.

Through the end of the month looks like boring weather east of the mountains. Decent chance of mountain snow the end of the upcoming week with a brief cold shot. Cooler weather potentially again as we go into early December. WB 0Z EPS.

At least I am not getting 6 hours of virga like the last nonevent. Steady light rain falling in SW Frederick county. Glad I raked in the dark after work last night...

Ensembles do have a couple of hits if you are dreaming of a white Thanksgiving...I will post them here if I start seeing more than a couple....oh well the digital snow police can have their cow...WB 18Z GEFS and 12Z EPS.

After my last post, it is finally raining hard enough to hear it!!! Baby steps...

Definitely an underperforming event... few light rain showers, just enough to dampen the sidewalk...note to self...inside 24 hours go with NAM 3K totals which have been consistently lower than the globals. Guess it is a warmup for the winter.
