Berks look cooked. Why ruin a perfect skunked season?

Berks and S Greens are probably running greater deficits than just about anybody.
I can attest to this.

I'm guessing an inch or so in Lenox. Around 6 in Maspeth, Queens.

Forecasting these volatile systems not an enviable task.

I think downtown will fall a little short of double-digit snowfall unless they measure it funny and don't allow it to settle but definately North/ Northwest of that looks good.

Looks like NYC over Berks for this one.
And thanks you Mahomes for winning my SB box final.

are people congratulating MVY yet?
It's uncanny. The second the NWS went to a Winter Storm Warning for the southern Berks, the next round of models dropped totals in half. They couldn't have waited one more hour to commit?

Everything trending away from a central/northern Berks hit.

The bump south on all, is making this look so much better here
I have the opposite opinion.

It was keeping with the trend, though, as it's further N than 12z.
Yeah, but it HAS to adjust at this short lead time -- and it's still doing it grudgingly. It was so far off (apparently) though that it's verification score must be really poor.

Does the CMC rank at the bottom of the big-four globals? It's consistently dreadful.
-
Model mayhem. That confluence must be a really volatile variable for them to be so chaotic at this short lead time.

There will be some decent deformation bands well inland. Can't hate this look for a region wide, snow lovers high five.
Yup. Should be a good one. Too bad it's jetting out of here.

I feel like a lot of people are thinking about the spike before they have actually gotten into the end zone. Hopefully everyone from NYC to CNE gets plowable snows but I think the band of 8”+ will be narrow.
Hard not to like our locations for this one.

Shouldn't sleep on that follow-up clipper. Blast from the past.

CMC looks like crap
CMC should be put out to pasture.

Slow down that northern vort just a bit more, and it's game on for everyone.

Just too bad the northern phase seems gone. That would have slowed things down and maybe turned this a bit up the coast.

In Lenox, couple inches of snow on top of yesterdays inch of sleet.
